Sales Manager- Gensets and Water Pumps

Job Responsibilities:

1. Candidate shall be responsible for PAN India sales of our joint venture Greenglide's LPG-powered gensets and water pumps to institutional customers, MNCs, and sectors such as infrastructure, agriculture, and telecommunications.
2. Should have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Regional Business Development, Project Engineering, Execution, and Maintenance of LPG-powered equipment or similar technology.
3. Service current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of support services for marketing for products.
4. Communicate and work with other departments as necessary to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.
5. Candidate should be capable of creating and leading his or her own Sales Teams.
6. To coordinate with the installation/tech team for Installation, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and tests for the LPG-powered gensets and water pumps, ensuring optimal performance.
7. Attend relevant exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows to generate leads, expand market reach, and promote Greenglide products.
8. Maintaining complete, accurate, and regulatory-compliant documentation related to product installations and customer interactions.
9. Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Skills Required:

1. Should be Computer savvy, with reasonable training in Microsoft applications like Word, PowerPoint, outlook etc.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong understanding of LPG-powered equipment, including emissions control, fuel efficiency, and environmental compliance with the ability to adapt Greenglide technology to clients in sectors like agriculture, construction, emergency services and large manufacturing.
4. Having relationship with key companies like IHP, BPC, etc.
5. Experience in disaster management.
6. Experience working with or for Honda, Himalayan etc.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical or related field (preferred).
• MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
