The primary responsibility will be customer verification through telecalling, managing reports, and handling documentation efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and has an interest in fashion trends , Auto or e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Telecalling for Customer Verification:

• Make verification calls to customers to confirm order details and ensure accuracy.
• Validate customer information and update records in the system.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during interactions.

📊 Reports & Documentation:

• Prepare and manage Excel reports, Google Sheets, and Google Docs for tracking customer verification data.
• Maintain organized customer databases and ensure proper documentation.
• Create weekly/monthly performance reports and highlight key insights.
• Assist in organizing fashion-related product data and customer preferences.

🎨 Fashion & Trend Analysis (Preferred but Optional):

• Stay updated on Auto, fashion trends and customer behavior.
• Help in preparing data-driven insights for marketing and product promotions.
• Support in curating reports related to trending fashion categories.
