Job Description
- Need to be a degree or Diploma holder in Engineering from recognized board or university (Full time college course graduate with chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil). but Degree / Diploma Correspondence course studies are not accepted.
- Need to have Safety Diploma from any recognized board or university (minimum 1-year course). A Certificate course in Environment and Pollution Control is Desirable. NEBOSH International General Certificate is also Desirable.
- Shall have minimum 10 years construction experience as HSE Engineer / Coordinator in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemicals or Bulk Chemical Manufacturing companies. Experience in Brown Field construction area shall be preferred.
- HSE Engineer / Coordinator should have worked experience with renowned multinational companies. Couple of years overseas work experience shall be preferred.
- Should be capable for area monitoring for fire & safety and supervise the Business Partner’s site construction safety aspect with full compliance to Project HSE Requirements.
- Should be trained on identifying HSE issues / risks and suggest mitigation measures.
- Should have good knowledge in Computer (Mainly MS Office).
- Should have good communication and presentation skill in Hindi and English.
- Be physically fit for the site job. Expected to spend as a minimum 80% of the daily working hours at field.
