Manager - Fire & Safety

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive fire safety plan, including emergency response procedures.
  
• Provide training on industrial safety, construction safety, risk identification, accident investigation, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and risk assessment to employees.
  
• Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures for ensuring workplace safety.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong knowledge of Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, Safety Training, Safety Officer Activities, Construction Safety, Risk Assessment, HSE Training, Risk Identification, Accident Investigation.
  
• 5-10 years of experience in Fire & Safety role or related field.
