We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Finance Operations

Hyderabad and Chennai

Business: Finance Function

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide high quality email, diary management and travel services to support the effectiveness of the manager
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks
  • Provides a professional and confident representation of the Bank
  • Arranges senior leadership visits
  • Handles phone calls and correspondence and deals with all queries arising
  • Handles all matters with the appropriate confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Works closely with key business stakeholders in all Service Delivery globally
  • Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Supporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents such as business plans
  • Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Support leadership team with all admin related activities and visitor management, off-site & R&R.
  • Actively participate in and support in ad hoc projects, planning, management information (MI), accountability and governance.
  • Support Business Management, FRP and cost management on occasional basis
  • Record administration maintaining records, information resources and data sources.
  • Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations, file and document management.
  • Data processing - data entry, data analysis.
  • Co-ordination - coordinating activities, arranging resources, meetings, services, and supplies.
  • Drive Employee engagement within FA Ops through various activities i.e D&I, CSR, BPTW, Well-being etc
Requirements
  • A graduate with 3 to 5 years experience in handling secretarial/administrative support.
  • Good written and oral communications skills, with the desire to constantly build new capabilities and enhance knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to independently correspond & communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Demonstrable and excellent interpersonal skills; must be a good communicator and mediator with good telephone etiquette, and ability to deal with confidential/sensitive issues diplomatically and to judge when an issue needs to be referred elsewhere.
  • A good team player with ability to successfully interact with people at all levels, including senior managers.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and therefore able to work with minimal supervision with an attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Must also possess the following personal attributes: honest, trustworthy, respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, and have sound work ethics.
  • Proven record of book-keeping, team building and PC skills, with Word and Excel proficiency.
  • An understanding of banking operations is an advantage.
  • A basic understanding of the financial services industry and the challenges and changes in the sector would be advantageous.
