Senior Structured Banking Manager

• Minimum of twelve years proven and progressive corporate/ investment banking experience or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance landscape and analytical abilities to
• Background of having done a variety of corporate finance transactions including acquisition finance, ECM etc.
• Have a demonstrated track record of managing customer relationships and collaborating with product partners
• Deep expertise in the Indian markets, understanding of market trends, regulatory environment and market intelligence
• Strong organisational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills
• Credit training and equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of regulations impacting the business and the lending and credit approval process
• Strong relationships in the financial sponsor and investment banking ecosystems
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external stake holders
• Need strong knowledge and network in the India funds market
• Have a demonstrated track record of managing customer relations
• Master s degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience

Additional Information

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
