Job Responsibilities:

* Showcase and advise clients to invest in residential projects from Tier 1 developers

* Manage client relationships: contact clients provided by the company and recommend properties that match their requirements

* Provide accurate information about the projects and actively promote them

* Coordinate site visits with clients

* Participate in negotiations

* Stay updated on competition, sales trends, and marketing strategies

* Responsible for revenue generation from the allocated propertiesRole & responsibilities
