Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads from open market and convert them into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
  
• Sell life insurance products to customers through bancassurance channels, focusing on cross-selling banking products where appropriate.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for new business generation, premium collection, and retention rates.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (bancassurance, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
