Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Insurance Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling group health insurance policies to businesses and organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the health insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team in developing and executing strategies to grow group health insurance business.
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the group insurance sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
• Present and explain group health insurance products to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all client needs are met and policies are correctly implemented.
• Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure smooth policy implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines in the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in group insurance sales, particularly in the health insurance industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of group health insurance products and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Insurance certifications (e.g., Health Insurance Agent License).
• Experience working with large corporate clients or employee benefit brokers.
