Job Description : The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance in a designated geographic area. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key customers. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure the effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets within the designated area. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the area. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with sales marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Work Environment :
