Job Description

We are looking for a Candidate,

Who can handle end to end recruitment process in Domestic Recruitment (Non IT).
Sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates from different job portals/ social media networking like Naukri, Linked In, Monster etc\u2026 Schedule and Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates.
Updating the daily status in ATS
Conduct background verification / reference checks of the candidates
Conducting campus Drives/Attending Job Fairs
Must be a good team player
Must have good communications and analytical skills

Key skills:
Hands on experience on bulk hiring Non-IT recruitment
Must have experience in campus hiring
MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT)
Hands on experience using any ATS is an added advantage
Communication skills
Relationship building skills
Multi-tasking skills

Educational qualification:
MBA in HR/ Industrial Relations/B.Tech (EEE/ECE) Experience:
2-4 years
