Officer HR

Job Description:

• Manage employee engagement activities, including planning and execution of events.
• Prepare MIS reports & maintain various HR reports/ database.
• Conduct exit interviews and submit the report to HOD and assist in employee retention.
• Trained new joiners in team to exceed their reporting skills and meet the requirement.
• Responsible for day-to-day HR operation activities
• Handling documentation, HR letters generation, on boarding and joining formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies by coordinating employee welfare initiatives like medical insurance programs.
• Provide generalist HR assistance to employees, addressing their queries and concerns

Desired Candidate profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on generalist activities.
• Strong understanding of HR coordination principles and practices.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders (employees, managers).
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
