The HR Manager for Performance Management System (PMS) and Learning & Development (L&D) will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of performance management systems and the development of learning programs within the organization. This role will ensure that both performance evaluations and employee development activities align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous of learning and growth of the Torrent Electricals to new heights.
