Job Description:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Expertise in core end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment.

- Proficient in headhunting, campus hiring, pool hiring, and organizing job fairs.

- Skilled in sourcing candidates from NGOs, Skill Development Centers, Employment Exchanges, and other non-conventional channels.

- Hands-on experience with online job portals such as Work India, Apna. com, Indeed, Quikr, and OLX, as well as field recruitment strategies.

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.

Important responsibility:

- Assist in developing and maintaining competitive compensation plans.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in HR generalist or similar role.

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficient in MS Office suite and HR information systems (optional, but can be added depending on your needs).
