We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Cartel Bros Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and partners.
3. Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Foster a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
4. Performance Management and Development:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain records.
6. HR Operations and Administration:
- Manage HR records, databases, attendance management and systems.
- Coordinate employee benefits, leaves, and time-off.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Manage HR budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
1. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
4. Certifications: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent certifications preferred.
