Key Responsibilities:

Employee Touchpoint Analysis: Conduct thorough study on employee experiences or touch points, from recruitment through onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.

Benchmarking: Explore industry best practices, including company intranets to gather innovative ideas.

Documentation: Document observations clearly and concisely and submit a report of insights and suggestions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent master’s degree.
• A basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
