Job OverviewWe are seeking a Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic team in New Delhi, Delhi.

This is an internship and full-time position ideal for freshers with a work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year.

The role requires a passion for human resources and an eagerness to support various HR functions, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our company..

Data Analysis:Capability to analyze HR data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes..

Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a well-structured work environment..

Time Management:Proficiency in managing time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to team goals..

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and participating in the selection process..

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed..

Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing events, surveys, and feedback sessions..

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially..

Assist in coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge..

Collaborate with the HR team to implement and communicate company policies and procedures..

Engage in data analysis to provide insights into employee trends and recommend improvements to HR processes..

Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed, including handling inquiries and correspondence..
