Role & responsibilities

Onboarding Management:

• Oversee and execute the entire onboarding process for candidates across India using(ATS).
• Ensure that onboarding processes are followed in a timely manner to enhance the candidate experience.
• Regularly update candidate status and move the stages.
• Address hiring manager queries and concerns.
• Help reduce the average onboarding TAT by improving process efficiency and resolving any bottlenecks.

Excel Data Management:

• Use Excel to compile and manage data sheets related to onboarding and recruitment.
• Generate and release offer letters efficiently using Excel templates.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in onboarding and recruitment; experience with ATS software.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing data sheets, using formulas, and generating reports.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between candidates and managers.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot onboarding issues promptly and maintain a high level of service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prior use of ATS.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
