Description
Job Overview:
As the Regional Business Head, you will drive revenue growth and business expansion by managing the P&L of all revenue deals in the region. You will lead a high-performing team, strengthen strategic client relationships, and deliver cutting-edge media solutions. In this key leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our business, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering a culture of excellence in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
Mandatory :-
- MBA or Postgraduate
- 15+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles managing the P&L of all revenue deals, preferably within media, FMCG, consumer, telecom, retail, food & beverage or related sectors.
- Strong acumen to manage corporate accounts and delivering high-value client solutions. Experience in leading diverse teams across various regions and geographies.
- Experience in service leadership, operational excellence, innovation, and driving a sense of urgency across teams and projects.
- Candidate should have ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Willingness and openness to travel extensively is mandatory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth:
- Lead regional sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through tailored media solutions, while aligning with the regional market's unique needs, demands, and consumption patterns.
P&L Ownership:
- Managing the P&L of all revenue deals in the region, ensuring profitability through the acquisition of new clients, expanding existing business.
- Analyze regional market trends, client ad spends, and consumption spikes to drive smarter financial decisions.
Sales Leadership:
- Align regional sales targets with a focus on accountability and strong performance.
- Inspire, lead and mentor a diverse, high-performing team to achieve great results.
- Drive growth and innovation in a fast-paced media environment while ensuring a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
Client Acquisition & Retention:
- To build strong, lasting relationships with clients, premium brands, and key decisionmakers to expand the client base.
- Leverage insights into client advertising goals, market exposure, and to effectively tailor solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Solutions, Programming, and Marketing teams to effectively pitch integrated solutions and new spike pitches to clients, ensuring relevance to local market dynamics, client expectations, and industry trends.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Cultivate partnerships with key clients and agencies to ensure sustained revenue generation and market leadership.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their ad goals, compliance requirements, and strategic pitches, offering solutions aligned with their regional needs.
Analytical & Industry Expertise:
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, with a proven ability to use data and trends (including local market insights, inventory consumption, and targeted media strategies) to shape and improve sales strategies.
- Able to turn insights into actionable plans that drive growth and uncover new opportunities.
Local Market Understanding:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of local market needs, client requirements, and advertising demands.
- Adapt media solutions to address local trends, spikes, target needs, and compliance requirements, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and successful campaigns.
