Description
To fuel our rapid growth, we are looking for a Planning & Procurement Lead to optimize sourcing, vendor management, and procurement strategies-ensuring every wedding we plan is high-quality, cost-effective, and flawlessly executed.
Mandatory-
- 3-6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or event planning.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Candidate should optimize sourcing, vendor management, and procurement strategies-ensuring every wedding we plan is high-quality, cost-effective, and flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality wedding decor, materials, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
- Identify new vendors and evaluate their offerings to keep up with industry trends.
Planning & Coordination:
- Work closely with designers, wedding planners, and production teams to forecast and plan procurement needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet wedding timelines.
- Maintain and track inventory levels, order schedules, and logistics.
Budget & Cost Optimization:
- Analyze procurement costs and identify areas for budget optimization.
- Ensure compliance with budgets while maintaining high-quality wedding experiences.
- Standardize pricing and procurement processes across different locations.
Process & Quality Control:
- Establish and monitor quality standards for all sourced products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve procurement or supply chain issues efficiently.
- Implement best practices for scalability and efficiency in procurement operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or event planning.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
