Job Scope:

1. Own the P&L for the city

2. Manage a large wedding planning team and be responsible for their productivity and output

3. Run a high-performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs

4. Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behavior, lead quality

Requirements:

1. You need to be a rockstar with proven sales track record

2. Bachelor's/Master's degree

3. Comfortable in handling large teams

4. Strong work ethic and communication skills

5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.

6. Multilingual is a bonus
