Job Specification
Experience : 3 to 5 yrs
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES OF THE JOB
Strong problem-solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and data-driven HR decision-making.
• HRBP experience, preferably handling service employees in the boiler or heavy engineering industry
