Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as an End-to-End Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for both Non-IT and IT hiring.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing resumes from multiple portals and job boards
• Coordinating interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Preparing compensation packages and salary structures
• Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining regular communication
• Maintaining and managing recruitment dashboards and reports (MIS)

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (preferred: BMS)/ Diploma/PG-HR
• Must have graduated in 2022 or 2023

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of recruitment processes
• Proficient in managing databases and dashboards
