Role & responsibilities :

Must have good communication skills & Command over MIS Excel.

Need to visit and hire candidate from Campus / Job fairs conducting by the NGO/Skill academies.

Prepare daily hiring trackers and monitor the budget & Actual.

Responsible to complete the hiring within the given time limit.

Handle internal employee referrals & provide timely feedback to the referred employee

Build good relation with team members.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced candidate with Malayalam language preferred.
