- Onboarding of new clients.
- Handling the accounts given to an individual.
- To give trainings to clients.
- To resolve all client queries over Mail/Chat/Skype.
- To ensure that a healthy PR is built and continued with existing clients.
- To provide periodic updates to the reporting manager.
- To periodically garner client feedback to ensure minimum churn.
Key Skills
- Any graduate / postgraduate with experience in similar kind of role .
- Candidate who believe that he/she possess the gift of gab, is a social charmer, and carry the conviction to overcome even the most daunting of challenges with style & suave.
- Needless to say, excellent written & verbal communication skills are important.
