Housekeeping Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  
• Oversee laundry services to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality control.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., front desk, engineering) to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Develop schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of guest house management principles.
  
• Excellent soft services skills (hospitality).
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods.
