Job Description:

An Administrative Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization's administrative functions. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure they perform their duties efficiently.
  • Admin Team, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance Team Management
  • Vendor Management & Office Administration
  • Canteen & Facility Management.
  • Guest and Visitors arrangements Travel Co-ordination & Hotel & Accommodation Arrangements
  • Taking care of Trainees Accommodation & arrangements.
  • Co-ordination and maintenance of systems related to Housekeeping. 
  • Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts and AMCs.
  • Parking and Seating arrangements 
  • Managing & Maintaining office decorum, hygiene and condition.
  • Company Accommodation & Guest House Management and Maintenance
  • Company Cars Maintenance, Insurance and Management. Drivers shift Management.
  • Ensuring uninterrupted supply of Essential Services such as Electricity, Water, Telephone etc. (Utility Services)
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Prepare and manage the administrative department's budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Review and approve supply requisitions and manage inventory.
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the administrative team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to administrative staff.
  • Train and onboard new administrative employees
  • Other Maintenance of the company.​
