Senior Associate - Housekeeping

Position Overview:
The Housekeeping Senior Associate supervises and supports the housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role involves training staff, managing daily operations, addressing guest requests, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards.
• Inspect and clean guest rooms and public areas, addressing maintenance issues.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional, timely manner.
• Manage inventory and ensure the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Enforce health and safety standards, including proper cleaning techniques and chemical use.
• Prepare reports on daily operations and staff performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and health/safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies, stand for long periods, and work in varying conditions.
