Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department.

2. Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.

3. Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to standards.

4. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.

5. Ensuring guest satisfaction and solving complaints.

6. Inventories cleaning supplies & linen stock to ensure adequate supplies to the staff.
