Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the hotel, and assist with luggage.
  
• Ensure prompt room service delivery by coordinating with kitchen staff and maintaining a clean dining area.
  
• Provide exceptional guest service by serving water, juice, coffee, and tea according to hotel standards.
  
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout all interactions with guests.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in steward activities or waiter activities in a restaurant setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety protocols and customer service principles.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
