HCE Comms Sr Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Support internal communications strategies to strengthen employee engagement and Honeywell s positioning as a company focused on growth.

Help manage major software initiatives, organization transitions, leadership changes, and other transformation steps through innovative and effective communication plans that address the needs of varied audiences and stakeholders.

Support cross-company measurement of communications effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Raise the bar on the quality of communications by guiding content strategies that result in elegantly simple, visually compelling, and easily understandable communications.

Oversee and contribute to editorial planning/development in support of Honeywell s drive for growth.

YOU MUST HAVE:

A bachelors degree.
Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated successful experience in internal communications in a corporate or an agency environment.

Expert-level storytelling ability and writing skills, with ability to quickly develop clear, concise messages.
Excellent and ruthless editing skills. A willingness to be hands-on with writing and editing to get content produced efficiently and on deadline.
Software communications experience.
A willingness to challenge the status quo, think creatively and take intelligent risks in raising the quality of communications across Honeywell.
Intimate understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn, and an advanced understanding of how best to leverage channels such as Viva Engage to promote employee engagement.
An extraordinary ability to work productively with executives, clients, and partners at all levels.
The ability to handle pressures and demands from multiple clients and competing priorities.
