Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at HiveMinds in Bengaluru.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Job Summary: As a Talent person , you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for our agency.
- You will work closely with hiring managers/ business head to understand their needs and develop strategies to find candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to enhance the agency's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on marketing industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 3-5 Years of experience in Talent in marketing agency .
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the marketing or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong hands on MS excel, Power point, MS office .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Is strong and have rigor in closure of position .
