What will you do?.

- Growing the overall revenue of the marketplace division by adding new clients and growing existing clients.

- Maintaining close relationship with marketplace partnersAmazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.

- Operational efficiency in the team.

- Overseeing media planning and campaign execution across multiple clients.

Client relationship management.

- Innovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms to deliver differentiated results.

- Team size planning based on the revenue projections.

- Recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members.

- Ability to lead a team of 20+ marketing analysts & specialists.

What are we looking for?.

- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a digital marketing role, minimum 2 years on Amazon marketing services.

- Amazon e commerce online marketing online sales internet marketing.

- Highly detail oriented and a strong ability to multi-task.

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills working with cross-functional teams.

- You are a strong mix of analytical and creative.

- Good communication Skills.
