About the Role:
- We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across the organization.
- As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and leading a team of recruiters to meet the company's hiring needs.
- You will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, promote an inclusive and diverse workforce, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, business goals, and team dynamics to create effective recruitment plans.
- Create and manage job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the role, responsibilities, and qualifications.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers, setting clear expectations and ensuring high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Conduct regular training sessions for recruitment team members to ensure they are up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Foster a collaborative environment within the recruitment team and ensure alignment with broader HR and company goals.
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and social media to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Utilize data-driven sourcing techniques and recruiting analytics to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and nurture long-term talent pipelines.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
- Oversee the candidate screening process, ensuring a thorough review of resumes, qualifications, and references.
- Lead and/or coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a structured and objective interview process.
- Ensure the candidate experience is positive and professional, from the first contact to the final offer stage, providing timely feedback and guidance throughout the process.
