Overview: As a Trainee Talent Acquisition, you will support our HR team in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our organization. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and strategies, providing an opportunity to learn and grow within the field of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews and support in the selection process
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation
• Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
