Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as LinkedIn posts and career fairs.
- Support other HR activities as required.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA is add-on)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and handle recruitment tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
