Job Description
- Meet the monthly hire goals
- Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities
- Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements
- Update and track candidates in internal ATS
- Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders
- Work all assigned job orders until covered
- Attend daily/weekly req meeting
- Establish relationships with candidates
- Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations
- Flexible to work on Saturday if any Walk-in or immediate demands to be covered
- Bachelor s degree is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Should have excellent written communication skills
- 06 Years - 40 years of recruiting experience (Staffing Industry/ Customer service experience preferred)
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
