Role :



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team

As a critical member of our recruitment team, you will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent for our clients in the United States / Mexico.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet client requirements.

5+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably with experience in a software development environment.

Source candidates through various platforms, including job portals, internal databases, and social media channels.

Assess applicants based on their experience, skills, knowledge, and competencies.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.

Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to foster trust and secure referrals.

Negotiate compensation packages and other employment terms to secure candidate commitment.

Submit candidate profiles to hiring managers for review and feedback.

Maintain regular and transparent communication with candidates, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Must we be well versed with the US / Mexico hiring and compliances.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to attract top talent.

Proficiency in ATS for managing recruitment data and preparing reports.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Adaptability and learning agility to navigate dynamic recruitment trends.

A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving recruitment goals.

Educational Qualification

Must have a technical background, such as a degree in BE (IT/CE) or a similar qualification.

Ahmedabad or Pune, India

Working Hours

Late-night shifts, including an additional hour during daylight saving time, Hybrid
