Project Coordinator (Fresher)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support the successful delivery of IT projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist project managers in coordinating resources, scheduling, and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specified requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication across teams.
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Assist with tracking project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with internal teams (IT Infrastructure, Data Center etc.) and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Help in identifying project risks and issues and assist with mitigating actions.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Update and maintain project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with project management principles, tools, and software.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of the IT development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
