About Role

OffLens is seeking a Design Coordinator to oversee project execution, manage client relationships, and maintain the highest standards of design quality. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in design, project management, and client interaction, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Right-Hand to Cofounder & Sales/Ops Support – Act as the right hand to the cofounder handling sales and operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks across client management, project oversight, and business growth.
• Lead Tracking & Follow-Ups – Maintain a structured pipeline of all incoming leads, schedule follow-ups, set up meetings, and ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Client Interaction & Relationship Management – Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, professional rapport, and high client satisfaction.
• Project Management & Coordination – Oversee the entire design process from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and prioritization of tasks.
• Value Extraction & Business Growth – Maximize value from every client by identifying upsell opportunities, securing referrals, and ensuring ongoing client engagement beyond the initial project scope.
• Quality Assurance & Timely Delivery – Ensure that all deliverables meet high design standards, undergo thorough QA, and are delivered on time with clear communication.
• Design Team Bandwidth Management – Balance and allocate team bandwidth effectively between client projects and internal initiatives to ensure efficiency.
• Follow-Ups & Execution Accountability – Proactively follow up on tasks to ensure progress, push for execution, and drive things to completion without delays.
• KPI Tracking & Reporting – Maintain and update KPI sheets daily to track key project, team, and client performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
