About the Role

This is a direct involvement with the founders, offering high learning and growth opportunities. The role demands someone who is proactive, thorough, and has a strong bias for action. Youll be working on high-impact projects that require excellent communication, smartness, and attention to detail. This contract role also comes with the potential to transition into a full-time position at OffLens, providing significant career growth for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Building:

• Set up and manage profiles on platforms like Behance, Dribbble, and Contra to build and showcase OffLens' digital presence.
• Help shape and support the social media strategy, including creating, planning, and scheduling posts across various platforms.
• Ensure that OffLens brand voice and image stay consistent across all platforms and content.
• Stay on top of trends in social media, experimenting with new types of content, like memes and short videos, to keep our presence fresh and engaging.

Special Projects:

• Lead creative projects, such as setting up and managing Facebook pages for specific audiences and developing strategies to drive traffic.
• Work on SEO-focused initiatives to grow OffLens' digital presence and improve search rankings.
• Pitch in with new ideas and support the Social Media Consultant and the team with ongoing creative projects.
• Help explore and experiment with strategies to drive growth for new verticals and other digital initiatives.

Creative Support:

• Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for brand visibility.
• Analyze results and performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Plus to Have

• Experience in social media marketing, branding, or SEO with proven results.
• You should understand social media deeply, with the ability to create content that clicks with audiences and drives engagement.
• If you dont have your own following on a platform, experience running social media accounts for businesses, schools, or clients works too.
• Bonus points if youve worked with meme accounts or have a knack for viral content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver with high attention to detail.
• A growth mindset and a hunger to learn and experiment.
