Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Selenium (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, and you will work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure the quality of our products through automation testing. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python, Selenium, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. You will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, identifying bugs, and helping improve the overall quality of our software.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.

- Create, execute, and manage automated test cases to ensure the robustness and quality of our software products.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand the requirements and design efficient test scenarios.

- Implement and maintain Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) practices for test automation to ensure scalability and ease of maintenance.

- Work on continuous integration (CI) tools to ensure automated tests are run continuously throughout the development lifecycle.

- Review software documentation, and provide input to help improve product design and functionality from a testing perspective.

- Keep abreast of new testing tools, methodologies, and technologies to continually enhance the test automation process.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in QA Automation.

- Strong proficiency in Python for test automation scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for functional and regression testing.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and the ability to apply them in automation.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e. g., Git).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e. g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc. ).
