Responsibilities :
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex .NET applications.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on technical and professional development.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable .NET applications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team and its processes.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8-15 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Expertise in developing and deploying microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and API development.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for learning and a continuous improvement mindset.
Bonus Points :
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
