Engineering Manager - Full Stack Technologies (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

As a Manager of Software Engineering within the Web development group, you will need to manage the execution of complex features including Backend and Frontend edge technologies through a challenging schedule and variables.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Define, plan, and execute complex software projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Drive the technical design and architecture of web applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web technologies and industry best practices.

- Manage and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks effectively.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance and exceed expectations.

- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements :

- 10 to 15 years of SW development experience.

- Experience required from Product based or e-commerce companies.

- 3 years of experience as hands-on SW Team Lead.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science.

- Good knowledge of and working experience with. Net Core, . NET, ASP. NET MVC.

- Mandatory experience in DotNet with Angular Or DotNet with React Or DotNet Full Stack.

- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and web technologies.

- Experience with CI/CD process.

- Good knowledge of and working experience with at least one of the modern web frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, or Vue.js ).

- Experience with Agile methodology.

- Able to manage expert technical experienced engineers.

- Able to construct software planning of complex activities.

- Able to lead, motivate, and monitor others Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.

- Good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational.

- Fluent in English.
