Job Description

Our client, a well established beauty brand is hiring for a Demand Planning Manager is a critical role responsible for driving forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning strategies to ensure seamless supply chain operations. This role requires a proactive approach to optimizing inventory, mitigating supply risks, and aligning planning activities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Forecasting & Inventory Management: Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to ensure accurate demand prediction. Optimize inventory levels across warehouses to meet customer demands while minimizing holding costs. Analyze sales trends and SKU performance to adjust demand planning strategies.

2. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, warehousing, and client teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives.

Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

3. Process & System Management:

Maintain and update ERP systems to support demand planning and inventory management. Oversee inventory planning during product transitions, ensuring minimal disruptions. Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to streamline supply chain efficiency.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and inventory data to improve forecast accuracy. Provide actionable insights through reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

5. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a team to achieve operational excellence under tight deadlines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
