Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Acquisition (Business Development) to drive enterprise customer acquisition.
- This individual contributor role requires expertise in B2B sales with a strong ability to identify, engage, and convert potential enterprise clients.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for executing a structured sales process, optimizing acquisition strategies, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SignalHire, and Lusha.
- Develop a deep understanding of target industries to effectively penetrate new markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, following a structured and data-driven approach.
- Leverage customer referrals and strategic acquisition loops to accelerate business growth.
- Continuously refine acquisition strategies to improve efficiency and success rates.
- Conduct industry research and analyze customer use cases to enhance sales strategies.
- Ensure sales collateral remains updated and relevant to specific industry requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to support business objectives.
