Job Title: Team Lead ( Virtual Demo Team)

About the Role :


- The Virtual Demo Team Leader will manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional product demonstrations for smart devices, ensuring alignment with sales goals and performance targets.


- They will track metrics, foster continuous learning, and collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer acquisition and conversion. Strong leadership, communication, and tech product knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading the virtual demo team for smart devices (e.g., smart locks, smart cameras).

- Guide and motivate the virtual demo team to meet monthly targets, evaluate performance, and conduct root cause analysis for any deviations in achieving goals.

- Conduct daily team stand-ups to ensure productivity, engagement, and adherence to established processes.

- Maintain transparency and integrity while ensuring the team consistently provides exceptional service during product demonstrations.

- Develop and maintain MIS reports, track feedback, and analyze performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Ensure that the team is always up to date on product features, industry trends, and process improvements.

- Drive initiatives to improve the virtual demo process and ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align demos with customer acquisition and conversion goals.

Requirements:

- Strong communication, influencing, and virtual engagement skills.

- 2+ years of experience managing people in a telesales, demo, customer support, or operations role.

- Knowledge of smart home devices or tech-based products is a plus.

- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.

- High professional ethics, integrity, and a customer-first approach.

Preferred: Background in sales or technology-enabled products.

Must own a vehicle for seamless field operations.
