Job Title: Wealth Manager - PMS & Mutual Funds Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a Wealth Manager to specialize in PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and Mutual Funds Sales, focusing on engaging high-net-worth clients (portfolio size of - 50L+). The role involves leveraging advanced digital tools to deliver tailored investment solutions and drive sales growth in the wealth management segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-scheduled video meetings with high-net-worth inbound clients to review portfolio holdings and provide expert recommendations.

- Convert high-intent leads into investments in PMS, Mutual Funds, and AIF (Alternate Investment Funds).

- Analyze financial data and market trends to guide client investments effectively.

- Evaluate customer requirements, ensuring alignment with their wealth management goals.

- Facilitate seamless client onboarding by coordinating with operations, product, and tech teams.

- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat investments.

- Educate clients on tax implications and risk management strategies for their investments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA.

Experience: 1-12 years in wealth management sales with expertise in PMS and Mutual Funds.

Certifications: NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributor certificates (must be obtained within 1 month of joining).

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex investment strategies in simple terms.

Proficiency in market analysis and a client-centric approach.
