A leading innovator in the healthtech and remote health monitoring industry, specializing in AI-powered, contactless health monitoring solutions designed for hospitals, clinics, and telemedicine providers.
Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Chennai
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Experience: 4-5 years in Healthcare, IT SaaS startups, or MedTech sales
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive business growth within the Chennai region.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to generate new business.
- You will play a crucial role in expanding our client's footprint by partnering with hospitals, telemedicine companies, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to senior management and medical professionals.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for clients.
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Regularly travel within the designated territory for client meetings and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling healthcare solutions (e.g., hospital management software, telemedicine platforms, or medical devices).
- Strong networking skills, particularly with industry KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Experience in channel management and B2B sales.
- Startup experience is a plus, along with prior experience in capital sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
