Job Description
Senior Chartered Accountant - SaaS Startup, Mumbai.
Job Summary:
A high-growth SaaS startup (soon to be a Unicorn) is hiring a Senior CA to oversee finance, compliance, and investor relations, for the role of Finance Head.
About Organization:
Our client is a Series D-funded SaaS firm, providing AI-driven automation solutions for global enterprises.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting, investor due diligence, and compliance.
- Work on fundraising, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Lead internal audits, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with CFO and leadership on strategic financial decisions.
Role Requirements:.
- CA (Qualified) with 5-8 years of experience, preferably in SaaS/Tech startups.
- Strong understanding of VC/PE investment structures.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday.
Salary: - 25-35 LPA + ESOPs.
